How can I place my order?

What is the order process?
Upon order submission, you will receive a link through WhatsApp to upload your NRIC photos for verification purposes. Upon order confirmation, you will receive a payment link through WhatsApp for your first payment. Once the payment is done, our team will contact you and arrange for installation. |
Why did my order get rejected?
All Rent-to-Own orders are subjected to credit assessment and approval process at the sole and absolute discretion of KHIND. The reason for rejection could be a low credit score. |
Can I terminate or cancel my subscription plan or return the product?
An Early Termination fee will be charged to the subscriber if the termination of the agreement is exercised by the subscriber before the expiry of the obligation period. The early termination fee is calculated based the balance of the subscription month(s). |
Payments
What kind of payment method I can use?
We accept debit card or credit card. |
How does the recurring payment works?
Upon confirmation of order, you will be charged one month of payment and subsequent payments will be charged on the first day of the month until you complete the tenure of your subscription plan. Example: A customer placed an order on 3 January 2023 and paid RM 126 (RM 125 + RM 1 processing fee) upfront for the first month's bill. Upon installation of the product, the customer will be charged RM 125 automatically on the 1st of February 2023 and subsequently on the first day of the month based on the subscription period. |
How do I make payment?
Upon subscription confirmation, an auto deduction will be applied to your registered debit card or credit card in this subscription plan. The auto deduction will happen on the first day of the month. Kindly contact us if the payment fail. |
What happens if I finish my subscription plan? Do I need to return the product?
Upon full and prompt rental payment based on your subscription plan, the ownership of the appliance will be automatically transferred to you with no additional charge. |
How do I change my debit card or credit card payment details?
You may contact us through WhatsApp 018-2233389 to request it. A payment details update link will be sent to your WhatsApp and allow you to change the payment details. |
Delivery
How the product delivery and installation be made?
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a call from our installation team to confirm your delivery and installation date. |
How long does the product installation takes?
It will take around 1 hour to install the product. It is also depends on your intended placement and location of your building (landed/apartment/condominium/lift availability/staircase availability). |
What are the products delivery coverage areas?
We deliver to most parts of Malaysia. Please note on the following coverage areas and expected delivery times. Klang Valley (Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya) = 3-5 working days West Malaysia = 7 working days East Malaysia (Road accessible locations only) = 14-21 working days |
Can I pickup the product by myself?
No, we do not provide this service. Our customer service specialist will deliver and install the washer dryer to your doorstep to ensure the product is in perfect working condition. |
Service/Warranty
What kind of additional services are provided to this Washer-Dryer WD1438 Rent-to-Own plan?
We will provide Annual Care Plan (ACP) service once every 12 months for our 36-month plan. Our service team will contact you for the ACP service appointment. The ACP service includeproduct leveling, cleaning the inlet valve, cleaning the drainage pump filter, cleaning the detergent drawer, tumbler disinfection, and tumbler cleaning. |
What's the product warranty?
For Rent-to-Own plan, the Washer-Dryer WD1438 has 3 years of general warranty. However, for Outright plan, the Washer-Dryer WD1438 has 2 years of general warranty. Both plans have 10 years of motor warranty. |
Can I move the product to a new location? Will the warranty be void?
The Subscriber is entitled to one relocation per year, free of charge, for the duration of the general warranty period. The one-time free relocation is strictly subject to KHIND's sole discretion and management approval. Relocation service offered by KHIND only covers within Peninsular Malaysia, or within Sabah, or within Sarawak. |
