Senior Trade Marketing Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
This Senior Trade Marketing Executive role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and development of winning in-store share, market and consumer exposure. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing plans on assigned category segments, data analysis, trade marketing activities and budget management. Your roles and responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement win-in-store activities, drive effective sell out.
- Manage & negotiate with contractors on outlet signboards, renovations and brand counters development for the optimum quality and costing.
- Ensure brand displays are well maintained, up to date.
- Manage agency on POSM development and deployment.
- Develop merchandising guide or planograms for in store displays in reference to retail index standards.
- Collaborate with sales and product team on development and implementation of go to market plans.
- Coordinate with sales and promoter team on roadshow events.
- Market visitation, study and analysis of latest competitors’ activities and consumer insights, to convert information into practical campaigns.
- Participate or initiate market research if required to support the development of winning GTM strategy.
- Analyze sales data (sell in & sell out), share of shelves, other measurements to support in the development of trade marketing activities.
- Involve in overall trade marketing tasks assigned by superior.
- Follow up on work-in-progress projects.
- Be involved in meetings & planning to contribute ideas and job assignments.
- Travel within Malaysia as assigned.
- Work odd hours (public holidays, weekend, night work) when required.
- Budget management to keep the expenses within the agreed budget.
- Manage and evaluate ROI of trade promotion to achieve optimum returns.

To be a Successful Candidate:
- Hold a degree in business or related fields
- Microsoft App (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Minimum 3 years of trade and marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Service-oriented industries.
- Skilled in planning, time management, presentation, negotiation, communication and project management.

Supply Chain Planning Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will oversee the demand and supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain digitalization processes to optimize investment and performance for KHIND’s Group Supply Chain. This role will lead the global planning team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between supply chain activities and business objectives.
- Lead and manage the overall inventory health across Group Supply Chain.
- Oversee and enhance the monthly PSI/IBP process to review historical performance and establish a consensus demand and supply plan.
- Oversee and lead digital demand management with KIQ, in-house intelligence and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support overall business strategy and ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive supplier management and sourcing strategies to optimize cost and availability.
- Manage and improve statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting processes.
- Achievement of Supply Chain Planning KPI (Availability, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turn, On Time Delivery); responsible to determine root cause and corrective action for performance degradation.
To be a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain planning experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry (Manager).
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry (Asst. Manager).
- Possess experience in leading or significantly involved in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical forecasting techniques, with experience in consumption analysis and collaborative forecasting.
- Strong skills in both demand and supply planning, with experience managing either demand/supply plan effectively.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience in statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data insights into diagnostic and actionable solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and BI software (e.g. SAP, LN, Tableau, Power BI).

Internship - Customer Relations (Johor Branch)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries and requests via:
- Walk-in
- Hotline / Inbound calls
- Emails
- Digital communication channels
- Efficiently handle both inbound and outstation service requests from various sources, including customers, dealers, and sales personnel.
- Update and maintain a reliable service database/system to keep track of customer information, service history, and other relevant details.
- Capture and settle every complaint (internal & external) received in the database/system for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Conduct on-time follow-ups to ensure timely updates on service status (work in progress, ready for collection, agree for disposal) and coordinate spare parts replacement when necessary.
- Conduct and administer CSI surveys for all customers to gather valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate service invoices or any operation documentation for compliance purposes.
- Efficiently attend and capture sales orders for spare parts and products.
- Responsible for efficiently filing and organizing invoices by company procedures and standards.
- Offer product information, pricing details, and assistance with online purchases to potential and existing customers.
- Respond to social media messages, customers' feedback, and engage in online community management.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to ensure efficient service delivery.
