- If there is damage upon receiving your product, kindly notify us with photo/video proof and we will assist with replacing your item.
- If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
- Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
