2. What is the function of the 4 knobs? The first knob - Temperature. The second knob - Heater function (upper,bottom and both). The third knob - Function (rotisserie,convection fan and both). The fourth knob - timer.
3. What is the measurement of the tray? The outer dimension of the tray is 32.8cm x 28.5cm (L x H) while inner dimension of the tray is 28.8cm x 26cm (L x H).
4. How many rack levels this oven has? OT3005 has 3 rack levels.
