1. Does it need to be plugged in all the time? Not necessary,but we will advise users to switch off the power when not in use.
2. Is the water tank removable? Yes,the water tank is removable and washable.
3. Does this product actually boil water so it?s safe to drink? This machine is not a water boiler,it dispenses hot water based on your temperature selection. Therefore,we recommend that you only store filtered water in the water tank.
4. Will it get burnt if all the water has been used up? It will not get burnt as this model comes with boil dry protection whereby it automatically switches off the heating element when there is no water in the water tank or if the water runs out during use.
5. What's the material used to boil the water for this product? Material of the heater? It is made up of aluminium alloy.
6. What's the use of the Reset Pin? The appliance has manual thermostat to recover the heating function for the abnormal operation. If the unit is not working,reset the thermostat by using the Reset Pin to press the reset hole.
