1. Does this model allow for temperature control? This model has automatic boiling and keep warm with re-boiling function. However,you'll not be able to control the temperature to be cold or hot.

- If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
- Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
